WHAT IS AN ASA TALENT SCOUT?

An ASA Talent Scout is someone who identifies people with unique and valuable marketing or business knowledge and arranges to interview them for ASA Network and\or other ASA venues.

An ASA Talent Scouts work would include consulting with people in the business industry and potentially travel to identify new business sources. Talent Scouts will perform a wide variety of activities which are intended to identify, cultivate, and gather information from business and marketing individuals.

ASA Talent Scouts will seek out highly talented people, from a number of different industries and gather information from them that will help coach, train and motivate others.

ASA Talent Scouts may work independently or with other ASA Talent Scouts in their geographical area or through company contacts and resources. However, certified ASA Talent Scouts will work DIRECTLY with ASA Corporate Leaders and Staff.

Choosing to complete the ASA Talent Scout course and becoming an ASA Talent Scout allows a person to serve as a mentor to business minded people, small business operators and job seekers a like. ASA Talent Scouts have the real potential to establish long-standing relationships with those they interview and their sphere of influence.
